IIEX Asia Pacific – Inspiration can come from anywhere

Yes, it was already my third speaking gig in Asia. Though my main AI clients are from the USA, it’s always a privilege to step outside, explore new markets, and meet incredible people from different cultures, industries, and perspectives.

So, how did my presentation go? And what are my thoughts on IIEX Asia Pacific 2025?

The Event itself: A Gathering of Brilliant Minds

Held at the Carlton Hotel in Bangkok, the event was nothing short of spectacular. GreenBook once again brought together a lineup of forward-thinking speakers, industry pioneers, and innovators who are shaping the future of business, AI, and insights.

One thing was clear—inspiration can come from anywhere. Some presentations were thought-provoking, some were game-changing, and yes, some were more intriguing than others. But the key takeaway? With an open mind and ears, even the smallest idea can spark something big.

Conversations That Matter

One of the best things about these events is the people—on stage, in the audience, and in between sessions over coffee. Conversations ranged from deep discussions about AI’s impact on business and society to lighthearted chats about the best food spots in Bangkok. And speaking of food—the Carlton definitely delivered.

Networking wasn’t just about exchanging business cards; it was about connecting with thinkers, decision-makers, and visionaries who are shaping the industries we work in.

My Talk: How to Keep Up with AI Without Losing Your Mind

I had the honor of closing the event with my session on “How to Keep Up with AI Without Losing Your Mind.” The audience response was incredible. Mental health in the AI era was the part that resonated most. Because at the end of the day, AI is not just about technology—it’s about how we, as humans, adapt and thrive.

So, how do you keep AI from becoming overwhelming?

🔹 Stop consuming too much AI. You don’t need to follow every tool, every update, or every trend. Pick two or three trusted sources and filter out the noise.

🔹 Niche it down. You don’t need to know everything about AI—just what applies to your work, your industry, your goals. AI is a buffet, and you don’t have to put everything on your plate.

🔹 Stop trying to keep up. AI isn’t a race. Walk at your own pace. The most successful people don’t chase trends—they apply what actually helps them.

Final Thoughts – The Real Takeaway

AI is here to empower you, not replace you. But if you let the fear of falling behind consume you, you’ll never take action.

🔹 AI should work for you—not the other way around.
🔹 Your mental health is more important than any new tech update.
🔹 The best investment you can make is in yourself.

To everyone I met, networked with, and spoke with at IIEX Asia Pacific—thank you. This was an unforgettable event, and I can’t wait for what’s next.

And if you know someone who is looking for an engaging speaker for their conference, summit, or executive event, let them know about me. Let’s create something impactful.
